Congratulations to the newest Mr. & Mrs. Blake!
Tim's brother Wes married Kristin Pratt this past weekend in Salina. It was a wonderful celebration with family and friends and surprise guest Willie the Wildcat! Willie was a big attraction at the reception and a complete surprise to the bride and groom. Anyone who visited the Hickory Hut in Salina on Saturday evening may also have caught a glimpse of Willie. It was a busy evening for Willie as prior to the reception he "worked" a shift at the Hut, leading patrons in the K-S-U cheer, cutting ribs, taking orders and manning the drive-thru window.
Brayden stayed up way past his bedtime on both Friday and Saturday nights, but we figure Uncle Wes only gets married once! We are very thankful for our flexible little boy who loves to go places.
Tim and I are so happy for Wes and Kristin and wish them many happy and blessed years of marriage. Kristin is an excellent and fun addition to the Blake family and I personally am very excited to finally have another girl amongst all the boys. Brayden will be talking to the newlyweds soon about some cousins! :)
