Last week brought many days of rain to Kansas City and what a blessing it was for this new mom. It was Brayden's first true rainfall as the alert and aware little boy he is becoming. I cannot explain how much he loved watching the rain. It mesmorized him. He sat transfixed at the window for nearly 45 minutes! The pictures below tell the story.
I know Brayden will not always be this excited about rain. Someday the rain will cancel a baseball game or force playtime indoors, but for now, he and I enjoy the simple pleasure of an innocent spring rain.
