Brayden's Play List

Brayden really likes listening to music, especially at bedtime.  Here is his current play list:

1) Billy Joel's "Piano Man"
2) Elton John's "Rocket Man"
3) Adele's "Someone Like You"
4) "Patty Cake" by Mom & Dad
5) Dave Matthew's "Crush"
6) MercyMe's "Joseph's Lullaby"
7) Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" by Baby Einstein
8) "The Wheels on the Bus" by Mom & Dad
9) Fisher Price's "Musical Baby" DVD
10) Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Simple Man"

We enjoyed a nice weekend as a family.  When Brayden woke up from his morning nap on Saturday, Tim surprised him with the news that we were all headed to Manhattan.  Brayden smiled real big and dressed in his K-State basketball warmups.  He did great at the game again.  It was a bit louder in Bramlage this trip since it was a conference game against Texas A&M but his ear protection really blocks the noise.  Brayden and I enjoyed a few minutes at the start of the second half from the top of the stands since he wanted to squirm a bit, but really he just wanted to flirt with the college girls.  He would flash them a smile as they all said, "Oh, he's soooo cute!"  The three of us were even on the big screen while Brayden bounced to "Sandstorm" in his carrier!

Sunday evening Brayden celebrated his first Super Bowl by going to our annual party with friends from church.  Again, Brayden had an outfit for the occasion, complete with football socks!  Honestly Tim and I do not buy these festive outfits!  They really are gifts from friends and family who like to keep Brayden so stylish!  Even though Brayden fell asleep before the end of the game, he was very happy to learn that Eli and the Giants won, making his teams 2 for 2 on the weekend!
