Happy Fall!

Brayden celebrated his first Halloween by handing out candy and watching the Kansas City Chiefs play on Monday Night Football.  We went simple for his first Halloween costume, mostly due to not knowing what Brayden's size would be on Halloween but also because precious time right now when not tending to Brayden seems to go to laundry or sleep!  Brayden sported a Superman onesie with jeans and red shoes.  Yes, Brayden wears jeans now!  Mommy is loving all his fall outfits, complete with jeans, corduroys and khaki pants!  He was in the Halloween spirit all October with pumpkin pajamas and Halloween socks.

Fall means football so we knew we had to get Brayden to Manhattan at some point during his first wildcat football season.  Thanks to Tim's coordinating and Grandma Blake's babysitting, we loaded the trailblazer and headed to Manhattan for the K-State vs. Oklahoma game.  Brayden's sightseeing in Manhattan was limited to the inside of the Best Western hotel for a few short hours but we promised to bring him back to the Little Apple to tour campus and Aggieville and attend games when he gets a bit older.

Last Sunday we took advantage of the beautiful fall weather and enjoyed a picnic and walk in the park.  We also enjoyed recent visits from Tim's mom and brothers and our friends Megan, Stacy and Pat from out of town.  Brayden even visited one of Tim's Community America offices this week.

First Halloween Costume
It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Super Brayden!

Handing out candy is tiring work!

Brayden's Friend Megan
Brayden was very happy to see Megan's newest piece of jewelry - an engagement ring!
Visiting the Little Apple
Our first family of three visit to Manhattan was for the KSU vs. OU football game.
Unfortunately Brayden experienced his first K-State football loss.
