Look who had a wonderful first day of school today! Brayden was so excited to return to LUMC this fall for Children's Day Out. He already knows his teachers' names, Ms. Debbie and Ms. Jodee, and it is amazing to reflect on how much he has grown since his first day of school last year. Ms. Debbie, who is a parent favorite and starting her 20th year at LUMC, reported that Brayden had a great first day and impressed everyone with his baseball skills. She said she might have to work on her own ball handling skills to have him in class! The focus this year is fostering independence for preschool. Just what we need some days - more independence! Brayden told his teachers that he'd be back next week, and when I asked him what he did at school today, he said "lots of things."
